The Norwegian EMP, Vitnemålsportalen, need to exchange Results of Recognition via EMREX.

The Norwegian Enic-Naric organization has got the legal rights to publish Results of Recognition in VItnemålsportalen, to enable their applicants to share these results with third parties (mostly employers).

The Diginet project has the same requirement to express their results as formatted data, not documents. There may be some possibilities for cooperation on the format. Should here also look into ELM for possible solutions.

A first version of this could be fairly easy to implement using existing format and add some data types.

We can come back with more details on this requirement.

We would like to indicate that a (passed/failed/ in-progress) loi is part of a parent structure, without issuing this parent elements as completed. Is this accomplished by leaving loi in this parent element empty?

For the los/type enumeration we would like to have 'subject area' as structural layer between study programm and module.
